About CRATIV

Bill is a licensed professional mechanical engineer and has over 25 years of experience in ASTM crankcase oil testing, commercial solar energy generation, oil and gas equipment manufacturing, Medical Device manufacturing, and cannabis infused products manufacturing. 15 years of Bill’s experience was focused on Medical Device manufacturing with companies including Cardinal Health, CareFusion, and Becton Dickinson (BD). With his background, Bill has the experience to apply the highly regulated Medical Device manufacturing requirements to the Cannabis Industry. Bill founded CRATIV Packaging and pivoted his career to focus on the cannabis industry in early 2015. Bill holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Austin College in Sherman, TX and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Rob is an experienced engineer focused on guiding technologies from R&D studies to manufactured commercial products in electronics, medical devices, healthcare, and life sciences. From startups to Fortune 500 companies, Rob has broad experience encompassing R&D and Manufacturing at OEM and CMO companies in operations and business development. At Crativ, he leads product and materials development, quality and compliance, and intellectual property management.  Rob holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Denver.

Brian brings over 13 years’ of sales and marketing experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry. Getting his start in consultative selling with Reynolds American, Inc. Tobacco company, Brian went on to manage multi-state business sales and operations before finding his home in the cannabis packaging industry, where he led the sales and marketing efforts of packaging startups. Brian is driven by a passion to build collaborative partnerships and a mission to reduce the environmental impact of packaging on our environment. Brian earned his MBA in 2014 with a focus in Marketing from Colorado State University, where he also holds a BS in Business Management.

Jeff has diverse experiences in finance and sales with a unique global perspective. An active investor since the age of 13, his investments paid off. They helped him travel to over 65 different countries and hike the Appalachian Trail. Jeff lived in Cape Town, South Africa for three years where he helped run an impact investing firm. Upon returning to Colorado, Jeff continued to work with angel investors and startup companies and then worked in sales for two years. Jeff holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Denver with a major in Finance and a minor in Management. He is a CFA ® Charterholder.

Jason is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) with 20 years of experience in transportation and warehousing in military and manufacturing environments. He started his career with the US Army’s 1st Armored Division as a Captain after graduating from the US Military Academy at West Point. He has an MBA in Strategy and Logistics from The Ohio State University. He earned three certificates from the Association for Supply Chain Management in disciplines of supply chain and operations management. Prior to joining CRATIV, he honed his skills in diverse environments as a Managing Consultant with IBM’s Global Supply Chain practice.

Steve is a Quality Operations Leader with 30+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, and Supply Chain Management with the last 20 years spent in the scientific/medical device community. He is a champion for change, drives cross functional strategy initiatives, and is a master at converting global strategy into tactical initiatives that have yielded process efficiency and productivity savings across all business functions.  Steve earned his MBA with a focus on Strategy and Leadership from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Memphis, and is a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt.
