ABOUT CRATIV

CRATIV Packaging (the “Company”) is an emerging engineered packaging company that designs and manufacturers child-resistant packaging in the cannabis space. The Company’s product portfolio consists of three proprietary packaging styles, the CRATIV Original, Mini and Slim, each of which house various sizes of edibles, pre-rolled joints, concentrates and vape pens. The three designs use an innovative locking and latching design which is currently protected under a design patent in the United States and Canada, and utility patents are currently pending in both countries.

Given cannabis legalization trends in North America and uptake of child-resistant packaging regulations in the industry, the Company is rapidly expanding its operations to gain market share and capitalize on the growth opportunity. CRATIV currently has a strong customer base and has produced strong revenue growth since inception.

THE ROLE

CRATIV is seeking a Sales Representative to execute sales and business development efforts out of the Company’s Denver office. The role will carry the following responsibilities:

  • Generate, qualify and close new customer leads.
  • Manage prospective and existing customer pipeline data in the Company’s CRM system. 
  • Assist with sample package development and delivery. 
  • Represent the Company at industry events and expos across the U.S. 
  • Prepare and deliver sales sheets and presentations to prospective customers. 
  • Answer customer questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability. 
  • Assist with the development and delivery of customer sales promotions. 
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective customers. 
  • Manage, retain and grow relationships with existing customers. 
  • Assist with back-end sales administration, including customer onboarding, implementing value-add products, management, and performance tracking. 
  • Utilize end-user marketing tools, prospecting techniques, and centrally developed lead campaigns to generate opportunities. 
  • Monitor the cannabis packaging competition and market conditions to provide product development inputs. 

THE CANDIDATE

Below are the required qualifications of the position:

  • 3-5 Years of experience in a business-to-business sales role. 
  • 2+ years customer service experience. 
  • Experience utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software and e-mail marketing software. 
  • Strong oral, written, communication skills. 
  • Strong work ethic. 
  • Ability to travel for out of state prospect meetings. 

The below items are important for the position, but not required:

  • Bachelors degree preferred. 
  • Experience and connections in the cannabis space. 
  • Experience with ERP Systems. 

COMPENSATION

Combination of salary and commission
