Bill Ludlow, P.E.

Founder

Bill is a licensed professional mechanical engineer and has over 25 years of experience in ASTM crankcase oil testing, commercial solar energy generation, oil and gas equipment manufacturing, Medical Device manufacturing, and cannabis infused products manufacturing. 15 years of Bill’s experience was focused on Medical Device manufacturing with companies including Cardinal Health, CareFusion, and Becton Dickinson (BD). With his background, Bill has the experience to apply the highly regulated Medical Device manufacturing requirements to the Cannabis Industry. Bill founded CRATIV Packaging and pivoted his career to focus on the cannabis industry in early 2015. Bill holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Austin College in Sherman, TX and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
