Bill is a licensed professional mechanical engineer and has over 25 years of experience in ASTM crankcase oil testing, commercial solar energy generation, oil and gas equipment manufacturing, Medical Device manufacturing, and cannabis infused products manufacturing. 15 years of Bill’s experience was focused on Medical Device manufacturing with companies including Cardinal Health, CareFusion, and Becton Dickinson (BD). With his background, Bill has the experience to apply the highly regulated Medical Device manufacturing requirements to the Cannabis Industry. Bill has experience in medical device sterile barrier packaging designs, processes, and validations and has served in the roles of Sr. Principle Engineer, Operations Manager, and Plant Manager. Bill founded CRATIV Packaging and pivoted his career to focus on the cannabis industry in early 2015. He also served in the role of President of Bronnor Corporation, a cannabis infused products manufacturer. Bill holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Austin College in Sherman, TX and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
Russ has a strong background in finance and strategy. His professional experiences include managing a boutique business valuation firm in the Rocky Mountain region where he oversaw the firm’s strategic growth initiatives, client experience and growing team. Earlier in his career with the firm, Russ developed and managed valuations for venture capital and private equity clients. At CRATIV, he is responsible for executing the company’s growth strategy and managing financial processes, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and accounting. Russ holds a BS in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder and he is a CFA® Charterholder.
Ashley is an experienced professional with a background in Human Resources, Information Technology, Customer Service, and Sales. Ashley graduated from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT with a B.A. in Psychology. At Sacred Heart University Ashley was a 3-year starter on the Division I Women’s Soccer team. Recently, Ashley played in the WPSL as a semi-professional soccer player and was selected to the 2019 East Region Midwest All-Conference Team! Ashley has experience in a number of industries including sales and service, medical device manufacturing, and higher education. Ashley brings a common sense approach to business challenges. Her competitive mentality shines bright in a professional setting. Ashley is an extremely results driven individual who is willing to take on any task with confidence to meet or exceed customer expectations. Ashley is a business partner whose strengths are to build positive working relationships with clients, management, and peers.
Jason is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) with 15 years of experience in transportation and warehousing in military and manufacturing environments. He started his career with the US Army’s 1st Armored Division as a Captain after graduating from the US Military Academy at West Point. He honed his skills in diverse environments as a Managing Consultant with IBM’s Global Supply Chain practice. He holds three certificates from the Association for Supply Chain Management in disciplines of supply chain management and operations. He earned an MBA with a focus in Strategy and Logistics from The Ohio State University in 2007.
Rob is an 11-year experienced engineer focused on guiding technologies from R&D studies to manufactured commercial products in electronics, medical devices, healthcare, and life sciences. From startups to Fortune 500 companies, Rob has broad experience encompassing R&D, Manufacturing Equipment, OEM and EMS companies in operations and business development.
Jim has a strong 15-year history in sales leadership across digital and physical eCommerce and Logistics segments with expertise in small parcel packaging and fulfillment. Jim worked in the Rakuten Super Logistics division working with eCommerce sellers, brand manufactures and software/gaming companies optimizing logistical and packaging solutions for their direct sales channels. Jim also played a vital role in driving sales from $4M per year to $40M per year for AtLast Fulfillment, eventually leading to their acquisition by Pitney Bowes.

Stacey Ludlow, MD is a pediatrician with over 25 years of experience in diagnosing and treating children with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Before moving to Denver in March 2018, she was in a private general pediatrics practice in Tulsa Oklahoma for over 20 years, where 50% of her patient care was focused on ADHD evaluation and management. She has recently opened ADHD Specialists of Colorado, a practice dedicated solely to providing ADHD evaluation and treatment services to children and adolescents.
Dr. Ludlow attended medical school and did postgraduate Pediatrics training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. After serving as a physician in the United States Navy, she and her family settled in Tulsa, Oklahoma where she practiced general pediatrics for over 20 years. She has always had a strong interest in ADHD and continually educated herself on the disorder. Dr. Ludlow eventually became the sole provider of the ADHD evaluations and medication management for the practice, and also received referrals for her services from other providers in the Tulsa community. Over the years she has observed that access to ADHD diagnosis and treatment services has become increasingly difficult. After relocating to Denver, Colorado, Dr. Ludlow made the decision to pursue a practice dedicated to the treatment of ADHD in children and adolescents.
