CRATIV offers inserts for pre-rolls, to provide protection, professional look, and a premium consumer unboxing experience. We offer fit for cones and straights. Materials include sustainable fluted paper and RPET thermoform plastic trays.
Paper inserts offer flexibility, providing 5 flutes that accommodate up to 7 full size (.7g) pre-rolls when in our cases. For dogwalker (.35g) prerolls, we have 8-flute inserts that accommodate up to 10 pre-rolls. Inserts are made of premium paper that is SFI and FSC-certified, chlorine free and compliant with EN71 and California Prop 65 among others, with no allergens or animal byproducts.
Our thermoform plastic inserts are custom-fit for thermoform plastic comes from 100% post-consumer recycled material. That means that you are keeping plastic out of landfills and out of the ocean. The Pre-roll trays are also #1 recyclable. Stock pre-roll trays are designed for use in the CRATIV Slim Classic and Slim Select cases, as well as our Vault family of cases. Stock sizes available can typically hold five (5) 0.35-.075 gram pre-rolls, straight or cone.
Thermoformed plastic inserts are designed with alternating cavities with a pinch point to secure pre-roll filters. The cylinder/straight option also has a front piece for tight fit (70mm).
Inserts are fit for Select or Classic cases unless listed for Vault specifically (one 5-flute cone option for dogwalkers). 5-flute paper inserts have double-sized tape; thermoform inserts and 8-flute inserts do not.
